The staff was incredibly friendly! The vibe of the store was super comforting and the salesman helping us out was very knowledgable and gave up excellent recommendations. We got our mattress ordered and it came in early. The delivery was easy and quick and the mattress is super comfortable. If you're living in the Boone area and are looking for quality mattresses I highly suggest giving these guys a try. So much of a better experience than when I tried mattress firm.

Patrick was amazing, we had ordered a bed online from another company and never could get a shipping update or order confirmation even. We walked in the store overwhelmed and he was so helpful. Got an even better mattress than the original one at a better price and he waited patiently while we called and canceled our online order with another company. I had an excellent experience with Blackberry in a time when it is really hard to find household items. The salesperson at the Boone Mall store helped me at first on the phone and when I got to the store he had a list of mattresses that fit my purpose, budget, and timeframe. I tried them all and finalized the deal in no time. The delivery went super smooth as well. They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. What more can you ask for!
